Need to enter your hours or finish a timesheet? The legacy Maxim Time Clock login is available through MyMaxView. Its sign-in page has fields for User Name and Password, along with a Forgot Password?
Use this page if it matches the instructions your recruiter gave you. If your office assigned a different portal or app, follow those instructions instead.
This is an independent help guide. We don’t manage employee accounts, reset passwords or approve work hours.
Which account do you need?
Before trying another password, check that you’re opening the right system. A timekeeping account and a payroll account may serve different purposes.
| Your task | Where to start |
|---|---|
| Sign in to the legacy web time card | Maxim Time Clock on MyMaxView |
| Confirm your assigned timekeeping system | Your recruiter or local office |
| Learn about Amergis MaxView | Official MaxView information |
| Find Amergis pay stubs or W-2 forms | ADP |
| Recover a Maxim Healthcare caregiver account | Maxim Healthcare login assistance |
Amergis directs employees to ADP for pay statements and W-2 forms. Maxim Healthcare publishes separate recovery instructions for its caregiver accounts.
Why do I see Amergis instead of Maxim?
Maxim Healthcare Staffing became Amergis on April 8, 2024. The company’s announcement explains that the change also helped distinguish the staffing business from Maxim Healthcare Services, its sister organization.
That explains why you may encounter both names while looking for timekeeping help. However, it doesn’t mean every account uses the same login.
If the name on your onboarding paperwork differs from the page you’re opening, ask your recruiter to confirm the address. This is especially useful when you have an old bookmark or have changed assignments.
How to log in to Maxim Time Clock
The legacy login page displays “User Name” and “Password.” Use the credentials assigned to that account.
- Open the legacy Maxim Time Clock page or the link your recruiter supplied.
- Enter your assigned username.
- Enter your password, checking capitalization and accidental spaces.
- Select the login control.
- Once signed in, check the assignment and reporting period before entering hours.
If your browser fills the fields automatically, take a moment to review them. It may have saved credentials for another employment account.
We inspected the public login page for this guide. We didn’t sign in to an employee account, so the instructions below are practical checklists rather than a description of every private dashboard screen.
What if I don’t know my username?
Check your onboarding email and any account instructions from your office.
If you still can’t find it, contact your recruiter. Don’t assume your personal email address is the username, and don’t use your ADP credentials unless your office specifically instructed you to do so.
First-time access: do you need to register?
If you haven’t received credentials, ask your office to confirm that your account is ready.
Useful questions include:
- Which login page should I use?
- What username has been assigned to me?
- Is there an invitation or activation step?
- Which assignment should appear in my account?
- Who approves my timecard?
- When are my hours due?
Amergis’s MaxView page tells users to ask their Amergis team how to get started. It doesn’t establish a public self-registration process for every employee account.
You shouldn’t need to enter employment details into an unrelated blog to obtain access.
Forgot your Maxim Time Clock password?
The legacy page shows a Forgot Password? option. Open it and follow the recovery instructions presented for your account.
The complete recovery flow wasn’t inspected during this review. That means we can’t confirm whether your account will request an email address, a security answer or another form of verification.
If recovery doesn’t work, tell your office exactly where it stops. “The reset email never arrived” gives them more information than “I can’t log in.”
The reset email hasn’t arrived
If the recovery process says it sent an email:
- Check the spam folder.
- Confirm that you’re checking the address associated with your account.
- If you changed email addresses, ask your office whether the account record needs updating.
Don’t share a reset link or verification code in a public comment.
The account is locked
Stop guessing passwords and contact your local office for the appropriate recovery process.
If you’re actually using Maxim Connect, use Maxim Healthcare’s account assistance. Its published guidance directs users with locked accounts or failed resets to their branch office or Field Support. Those instructions belong to Maxim Connect and shouldn’t automatically be applied to Timeclock.
How to enter and submit your timesheet
Amergis describes electronic timesheet submission and manager approvals within its MaxView offering. Your assigned account determines the entry method and available controls.
Use the following checks alongside your office’s instructions.
Check the dates first
Open the correct reporting period before entering a shift.
For an overnight shift, confirm how your office wants the start date and end date recorded. Don’t guess how a shift crossing midnight should be split.
Choose the correct assignment
If you work at more than one location, check the worksite or assignment associated with each entry.
A correct number of hours entered against the wrong assignment still needs attention.
Record the hours you actually worked
Use actual work times and follow your employer’s break-recording instructions.
For example, a shift scheduled to end at 3:00 p.m. may have finished at 3:25 p.m. Ask how to record that difference if the system or worksite requires additional approval.
Review before submitting
Check for a missing shift, duplicate entry or AM/PM mistake. Review break entries and the reporting period’s total as well.
Then complete the submission action required by your account. If saving and submitting are separate controls, saving alone may leave the record unfinished.
Check what happened afterward
Look for the confirmation or status your system provides. If the result is unclear, ask your recruiter to confirm whether the record was received.
A submitted timesheet may still require review. Don’t treat submission alone as confirmation that payroll processing is complete.
When are Maxim Time Clock timesheets due?
Confirm the deadline with your recruiter or local office.
This review didn’t establish one submission deadline covering every assignment. A deadline published by another employer or another timesheet service may not apply to you.
Ask for the cutoff time, its time zone and any holiday changes. It’s also helpful to know who to contact if a technical problem occurs near the deadline.
What if you missed the deadline?
Contact your recruiter as soon as you notice. Give them the reporting period and explain whether the hours are unsubmitted, missing or blocked by an error.
You could write:
“I haven’t been able to submit my hours for the week ending [date]. The page shows [error message]. Please confirm the approved way to submit them.”
The office can tell you what process applies. Don’t assume the system will accept a late entry, and don’t create duplicate records to work around a restriction.
Missing hours or a mistake after submission
If the timecard is still editable, follow your assigned correction instructions. If it’s already submitted or approved, ask your office how to correct the existing record.
Prepare these details:
- Shift date and assignment.
- The hours currently shown.
- The hours you believe should be recorded.
- The reason for the correction.
- Any error or status message.
For example:
“My September 29 shift shows an end time of 3:00 p.m., but I finished at 3:30 p.m. The record is already submitted. Please let me know how to request the correction.”
For healthcare assignments, keep patient names and clinical information out of ordinary support messages and screenshots.
Maxim Time Clock isn’t working: what should you try?
Start with the problem you can see. You don’t need to change your password every time a page fails to load.
| What happens | What to check |
|---|---|
| The login page won’t open | Confirm the link and test your internet connection |
| Credentials are rejected | Check the username, capitalization and browser autofill |
| You keep returning to the login screen | Try a fresh browser session |
| You can sign in but see no assignment | Ask your recruiter to check assignment access |
| Hours won’t save or submit | Record the error and contact your office |
| The page works on a computer but not your phone | Try an updated mobile browser or the assigned app |
| You need a pay stub | Open the payroll account rather than the timecard |
These are general troubleshooting suggestions, not confirmed explanations for every account error.
Try a fresh browser session
Close the page and reopen it. If the problem continues, try a private browsing window.
If that works, saved site data or an extension may be involved. Save unfinished information before clearing the affected site’s cookies.
Record the error before contacting support
An exact error message is useful. Include the approximate time it appeared and whether you were signing in, saving hours or submitting a record.
If you send a screenshot, remove passwords and personal or patient information.
Is the system down?
A failure on one device doesn’t confirm an outage.
If the same problem occurs on another connection or device, ask your office whether there is a known service issue. If your timesheet is due soon, report the problem immediately and request an approved alternative.
Can you use Maxim Time Clock on your phone?
Amergis describes web-based timesheet submission across devices. It also offers MaxView Jobs, a mobile app used for staffing activities such as finding shifts, onboarding and monitoring hours and pay.
Ask your recruiter which method applies to your assignment.
Searching an app store for “Maxim Time Clock” alone may not identify the app you need. Use the app name and download instructions provided by your office.
When entering hours on a small screen, check the full date and time fields before submitting. A field below the visible screen is easy to miss.
Where are Amergis pay stubs and W-2 forms?
Amergis’s Help Center directs employees to ADP for pay statements and W-2 forms.
It publishes the following contacts for help signing in to and using ADP:
| ADP assistance | Contact |
|---|---|
| Phone | (855) 817-5651 |
| Payroll_myADP@amergis.com |
These contacts are listed for ADP assistance. For timesheet questions, Amergis directs employees to their recruiter or local office.
If your employer is Maxim Healthcare Services, follow its payroll instructions rather than assuming the Amergis account route applies.
Who should you contact for Timeclock help?
Start with your recruiter or local office for timesheet and assignment questions. Amergis also specifically directs healthcare professionals seeking Timeclock assistance to their local office. Find your Amergis office
Before calling or emailing, note the portal address, error message and reporting period. For a missing-hours problem, include the shift date and assignment.
Don’t send your password. Support staff need to understand the error, not know your login secret.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Maxim Time Clock login address?
The legacy web time card is accessible at mymaxview.com/LegacyMaximTimeClock/. Use it when it matches your recruiter’s instructions; another account may have been assigned to you.
Is timeclock.maximstaffing.com still the address to use?
That address appears in older guides. Its current behavior wasn’t independently verified during this review. The legacy MyMaxView login page was accessible, but your recruiter should confirm which address applies to your account.
Can I use my email address as my username?
Only if your account instructions identify it as the username. Otherwise, ask your recruiter to confirm the assigned identifier.
Is there a password reset option?
The legacy page displays “Forgot Password?” Follow the recovery instructions shown there.
Why can I log in but not see my worksite?
Ask your recruiter to check the account’s assignment access. A browser change alone may not resolve a missing assignment.
What if I forgot to record a shift?
Write down the shift details and contact your office for the approved correction process.
Can I edit an approved timecard?
That depends on the permissions and correction process for your account. Ask your office before creating another entry.
Is MaxView the same as ADP?
They have different roles in the published Amergis resources: MaxView includes staffing and timekeeping functions, while ADP is the route listed for pay statements and W-2 forms.
Can this website reset my account?
No. We provide information. Your employer’s authorized support team handles account access and employment records.
